Full OHS System Pro

This is a comprehensive package for high risk industries where we assign a fully qualified safety officer or risk manager to your organization to develop, implement and manage your health and safety system. This dedicated person will also carry your legal appointments where applicable.

  1. Develop, implement and maintain your OHS system in the workplace
  2. Monthly OHS meetings chaired by our consultant to discuss any incidents, non-conformances, deviations, identified risks, incidents, and plan accordingly in eliminating these risks. Meetings can be chaired remotely via Skype or similar channel or from any of the sites included in our agreement
  3. Monthly report to Sec (16.1) and/or Manager (16.2) on concerns, risks and progress

  7. 1 x Visit to any of the properties included in our agreement to follow up and ensure progress on action plans and will include the following as and when needed:
    • Assistance with SHE inspections
    • Fire drills
    • Signage surveys
    • OHS file inspections
    • Legal appointments
    • Audits
    • Risk assessments
    • Internal training on chemicals, fire equipment etc.
    • Incident investigations
  8. Incident/Accident investigation for major incidents/accidents in the event of a major incident (person unconscious, los of limb or loss of part of limb, fracture or a fatality) a full incident investigation will be done
  9. Annual baseline risk assessment to identify all work area risks. These risks are mitigated as far as reasonably practicable and a monitoring process follows
  10. Annual compliance audit to identify all non-conformances and deviations. This sets a baseline on what is needed to develop, implement, and finally maintain the OHS system
  11. OHS certificate (internal audit) to state that the company has been audited by a competent person and complies to an acceptable level to the OHS Act No. 85 of 1993
